Wonderful Staff, Clean Environment and Best Prices!
I HIGHLY recommend Morena Storage. The staff is so helpful. Ezra took me on a tour of the facilities and showed me several options. He was so helpful and patient. On move-in day I had not booked the truck in advance so they offered me a large van to make sure I was taken care of and could move in that day. They just make everything so easy. Prior to choosing Morena I called several storage options and found that Morena was the most competitively priced. No reason to choose anyone else!

Best choice in storage facilities!
First of all, I couldn't believe that I could get a truck and helper to move my things into storage. Not only was this guy a great help with moving everything out of my apartment, but he was expert at getting all my stuff to fit in a 5x10 unit. So glad I went with Morena Storage!

I honestly was not expecting much. It is a storage facility and I have used a storage facility before. I was really surprised at how courteous, helpful, friendly every single member of the staff was. Finally someone has put service, back into customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

7.12.12 --- This review is for the helpers at M.Storage -- moving items from unit to truck..
Task - move items from 10x11 unit to a 17 ft moving truck. Again, hired 2 movers. Our previous helper from M.Storage, Angel was busy with another move, but offered to help when he was finished. He assured us that our belongings will fit on a 17 ft truck. But since Angel wasn't available, the front staff sent Erza to help us out.
Movers I hired sucked and broke my expensive coffee table. They packed up my truck in a disorganized way that my belongings weren't going to fit. SO the truck had to be unpacked, which is when my friend let the 2 other movers go..
Erza stuck out this horrible situation & helped my friend repack the truck in a more organized way. He was very professional, courteous and a hardworker... AND.... Right when they reached a point of needing to make an important decision on packing the rest of my items, Angel shows up to the rescue & paves out the way.
Thank you Erza for your diligent hard work through this mess & again to you Angel for your knowledge, loyalty & hard work!

Great deal & Super Clean Facility
We took advantage of the free truck and mover. Before we moved in, my friend and I checked out the facility. We were shown different room sizes and they helped me choose one available that was closest to the docking station. Great service and free water and coffee too!
On move-in day, we needed to drive the free truck with our mover, Angel. He was very hard-working, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Moved 1.5-2 rooms to a 10x11. I also hired 2 additional men (labor only) from a moving company to shorten the move time. Angel was more knowledgeable than the 2 movers I hired and had to show them how to handle the big furniture. I wasn't sure if it was going to fit in the 10x11, but Angel reassured me by looking at my stuff, that he could make it fit. Sure enough, everything fit perfectly and I had some extra space. Amazing to watch him organize everything into the unit. I couldn't believe that my "free helper" went above and beyond.
Again, customer service at the front was great. Storage facility was VERY clean with lots of dollys, furniture blankets, etc.. Def air-controlled units, which you can feel as soon as you walk in.
I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. Thank you for helping me make this move less stressful!

Best Storage in San Diego
Morena Self Storage is really professionally run. I have rented a unit here twice and both times everything went really smoothly. The truck+helper promo for moving-in is great value. The helper really knew what he was doing and had the equipment to get my medium-sized move done efficiently.
All of the staff that I interacted with was helpful and friendly.
On move-in day, I thought I may need a larger unit than I originally booked. I asked to get a larger unit to be safe, but they said they would look at my stuff and figure out the smallest fit to save me the money. I was willing to pay more for the larger room just to avoid realizing (too late) that not everything was going to fit. However the helper did a great job realizing just what I needed to save me some money.
I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone.
