Woderful Place to store at !!!!!!!
Not only did I feel secure with y belongings here I found Joan o be a GREAT PERSON as well as employee !!! She is very knowledgeable about her facility and helpful to you and your needs!! I found her very easy to work with as well as just a GREAT person!!! Definitely an employee you DO NOT want to lose!!!

Outstanding service, very secure, very clean
This is a wonderful facility, very friendly, clean and secure. I recommend this place to everyone if you are looking for an affordable and easily accessible location to securely store your RV or other items. On one occasion we had to change a tire on-site and all the other facility renters were very helpful! What could have been a bad experience turned out to be an opportunity to meet our neighbors! Really a great place.

today the most awsome thing happen joan this wonderful lady help my husband and i so much and save use tons of money toulk time to help us find a moving truck co. cheaper than we were going to pay. JOAN IS A REAL ANGEL she relly cares she love for real, she is real. God bless her.

Customer for several years
I have been a customer here for several years on and off. I have always had a great experience. It.was very unfortunate when Bill passed away. I wasn't sure what to expect after that , but am very pleased with the young woman who filled the position. She is very nice and helpful. She does very well in managing the facility as it is always well kept and clean. In response to the negative comment, you posted this very shortly after the new manager was hired. As a business owner myself with several employees, I understand the transition of training someone to run new systems. You can't expect perfection. In my experience, I would gladly hire her. The facilities are very nice and the security and video systems are installed on the grounds. The prices and promotions are very good. I rent a larger unit and never had issues with bugs or rats. I would suggest more online advertising. I recommended this facility to a friend and he couldn't find it on craigslist when searching for storage units. Also maybe more attraction from the road as drivers go by. I'm in the advertising business so these things stick out to me.

Joined them several months ago and all contact(s) have been smooth without problems. They are very friendly and their costs are well below many others in our area. Thus far, the buildings are kept clean and I have yet to see a critter.

Mixed feelings....
When I setup my account with RSS, I found the on-site manager to be very friendly and it was clear that he had been in the self-storage business for many years. Sadly this man died quite suddenly just a few short months after I began doing business at this location. I did not know this when I opened my account with RSS, but apparently, they are a franchise/chain business and the main office is located in North Carolina or Virgina (?) somewhere? The corporate office brought in a young and somewhat ditsy-sounding girl to replace the manager that passed away and it was more than obvious that she has NO idea how to run a small business!!!! She is polite, but VERY inexperienced! I am now beginning to have second thoughts about storing my belongings in this facility. I am seriously thinking of moving out as soon as my contract is up in a few months. I just do not feel comfortable doing business at this facility any longer....
